  2. This is advice a friend of mine recently gave another friend, “TAKE MAGNESIUM. It will help with the migraines and your legs.

    Magnesium glycinate will absorb easiest. Take it until your stools get
    loose, and then back off a pill or two.”

    Worth a try. According to my friend, she’s been migraine free since she started taking the magnesium.
