Look and Feel:
Very nice three column theme with a great header. Sidebars are neat and fairly bare.
Content:
Mix of well written articles related to non-fiction writing with the odd poem. Given the genre of the blog you would expect well written content. Should sign up for lessons I think.
Ease of Use:
This blog is sol uncomplicated. The only issue I have is the lack of email subscription. RSS is located at the top of the sidebar.
Suggestions:
I strongly suggest an email subscription service. Your RSS is through feedburner and they offer email as well so investigate including that option. Your blog is very well laid out. I normally suggest centering banners and icons in the sidebar but on this blog they form a defining line. If you end up with a lot of banners then you may want to consider centering them.
There is a lot of white space between the end of a post and the post footer. This looks unusual – it almost looks like something is missing – this is particularly noticeable with the Cats Curious post.
You could consider adding several more adsense units to the bottom of each sidebar. From memory you are allowed three. They help to fill out the sidebars which are quite bare – the opposite problem to what I normally see.
Conclusion:
If you have any interest in writing – particularly non-fiction then this is a must site to visit. Highly recommended – rating 9.5/10

I just wanted to say thank you for you more-than-generous review of my site. I took your advice on posting an email subscription service. Honestly, I thought I had one on there.
Secondly, the extra white space on the one post “Curious Cats Press” was an accident. I always write my stuff in in WordPerfect and copy and paste it into my blog. I accidently added too much space and I have fixed that as well.
Finally, as for there not being a lot of advertisements and Adsense blocks on my site, that’s on purpose. True, I love earning money online as much as the next person, but that’s not what this site is about. It’s about being a writer, helping other writers, and writing simply for the love of writing.
