Site Name: Tuned In URL:http://www.thetunein.com/ Genre:Radio |
Look and Feel:
Fairly neat three column blog - Drupal I believe - with a rather nice theme. Very soft an welcoming color scheme that blends blue with pink and orange. Quite calming.
Content:
Very well written posts that relate generally to radio. The post have been trimmed to two paragraphs with a read more which makes the page and the content look good. The quality of the writing and the content itself is very good and very interesting.
Ease of Use:
Like a lot of Drupal themes, the layout is very straight forward and easy to use. RSS feed is prominent at top of left side bar but I could not find a subscribe via email option. RSS feed did not seem to work either.
Suggestions:
Overall I like this site. It would be a good idea to incorporate an email subscription service - perhaps feedburner. The RSS button did not work for me.
The recent posts widget was empty so you may wish to look at that and remove it if it is not working. The google and amazon blocks could be centered with the br command used between the block codes - this provides some ‘white’ space between the ads. The next size up google ad would not look out of place on the right side bar - particularly if you placed the amazon ad first.
Conclusion:
This is a very comfortable blog to visit. Nice color scheme, great content. I highly recommend this blog to all. rating 9.5/10
