I have started using two plugins that I came across and they sure do make life easier for me.
OneClick Installer This plugin is simply great. Download it. Unzip it. Upload it. Activate it. It will be the last time you go through that process. As the name implies, One Click Installer enables you to install WordPress themes or plugins with one click. You no longer have to unzip the file and upload it into the correct directory – it does it all for you. Simply tell it where the zip file is, whether it is a theme or plugin, press go and it will do the rest for you. All you have to do is activate the plugin or switch to the new theme. An added bonus is the ability to delete those themes or plugins you no longer use. Top of the Class plugin.
Got Banners Do you use banners – I mean more than one banner? If you do then this plugin is for you. Those who visit my site regularly will know that I have being playing around with several different page layouts. This plugin has solved many of my problems.
This plugin works by rotating your banners every time the page is reloaded. Your visitors never see the same banner in the same order every time they visit. For me it is even better. It is much easier to add or subtract banners through the GotBanners interface than it is through the widget panel. You can use any banner up to 125 x 125. It also has the capability to utilize two columns in width so long as the combined width is 290 pixels or greater. Another top of the class plugin.

Anything automatic and one click works for me!! The guy (ninja jon) who upgraded and moved my WP blog installed lots of dummy proof stuff for me. Thank God. I’m all thumbs. LOL…Just started the Entrecard business so I’m probably not doing it right…but oh well….T
