The following is a list of over 100 social bookmarking sites. I have visited most of them and verified the links. I wont say I have signed up for them all although I have signed up quite a few. The real difficulty is submitting your posts or blog. Now if you could automate the posting to all of them – wouldn’t that be cool. Mind you some don’t appreciate you sending your own posts so make sure you read the conditions before blindly submitting. Others I don’t really classify as social bookmarking – more social or article submission – either way, they are great for back links and extra traffic.
My suggestion – visit them all over a period of time and find the ones you are comfortable with – then submit to them. Don’t forget, social bookmarking sites are not just for submitting content. The term is SOCIAL bookmarking. If you don’t socialize you wont get a lot of benefit. Think about what you can handle then take them on one at a time. Now – talking about bookmarking – how about bookmarking this for me – digg it, favor it, stumble it or ignore it – now there is a good name for a bookmarking site! fark.com I use everyday…it’s really hard to get them to accept stories unless you pick up their style…but if you do…you would get thousands and thousands of hits!

Wow Les. That is quite the list. I bet I haven’t heard of half of em. I’d like to be able to copy them and put em somewhere so I can go through them when I have more time…When that would be remains a mystery….LOL

I like http://www.linkbin.com they have a 5 star rating system instead of most which are vote up or down. They just put up an rss aggregator too so you can browse and bookmark all kinds of stuff without leaving the site.

This list is longer than the length of my sreen lol …… which ones bring the most traffic is the question that springs to mind but then again I suppose that depends how many typos I make and the content I submit to these sites , I have been using all in one SBookmarkers but have yet to know which are the best as I have only begun to use these ones, but that last looks impressive mate!

Your title is GREAT, they will drive you traffic or drive you crazy, haha.
If you can automate the process then it won’t drive you crazy but you risk to get into troubles with some of these sites because some of them don’t like automated posts.
On the other hand, you have to test to see which of them drive you really traffic, this way you don’t waste your time.
