They're not ultra sensitive either - if you place something 'in the bag' that isn't very heavy, it tells you to 'put the item in the bag'. I just think they need to figure some way to do the items with high security risk like cds & dvds to make it so you can demagnetize them yourself. Anyway, I'm sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with them.
