As Entre Card Ages, Do I Sense A Touch Of Vinegar
I wrote in an earlier post that I thought that BlogRush’s days were not quite over – the post – titled “Is BlogRush Like A Fine Wine, Improving With Age” has led me to today’s little rant.
Entre Card has been hailed as the successor to BlogRush. From my experience, they are totally different and it is not fair to compare either. However, I am finding little issues with Entre Card which has left a slightly sour taste in my mouth – hence the reference to vinegar.
As many have noted, the bounce rate from Entre Card readers appears to be fairly high. Whilst it is true, I have to admit that I have had some good interactions with fellow bloggers on either this or my Just 4 Families site – and a lot of these visitors have come back.
Recent events have not been so happy. There seems to be no ‘customer service’ or perhaps no one home at Entre Card. I had cause to write several emails to them over the last couple days of which not one has been answered. After transferring credits from one account to another I noticed an anomaly in my credit balance, only around 250 credits disappearing.
The credits disappearing doesn’t particularly worry me, however I thought I would contact them to see what was going on – it wasn’t the first time I had noticed strange things happening to the credits. As I have said no response.
I will be watching my credits a little closer now to see if there is a pattern. I wonder, has anyone else noticed credits disappearing. Has someone discovered a way to skim the system. Entre Card – certainly developing that touch of vinegar.
