If it is related then probably an administration fee for your time and a trial of something you are interested in or can benefit you or your readers. Just be careful that it doesn't become a "chore". I burned myself out taking on too many reviews at once, and now ignore all product inquiries. I think it´s a pretty good idea... as you say, you get the product AND get paid and they get a review (hopefully good) on a really good blog, which will have high exposure.
