Why should they waste it in this one?..Surely, this would just be one of those laws where nobody gets persecuted anyway. I think what is likely to happen is that this type of work is going to move overseas, probably to India and the Phillipines. There will remain small independents, but I know there are some organizations that have many posters and they will likely get wiped out. All the bigger business will move out of the country.
