How Fast Is Your Internet Speed?
Comments (1) Or should I say, how fast does my site load. I have no idea. My broadband connection is flying along at 200kps. Now I am sure that is a tad slow and should be up around the 500kps mark or more. Strangely, I cannot find any reference as to how fast a broadband connection should be except in very generic terms.
Now they tell me that web site page times maybe important this year! I cannot tell how fast this page loads – it seems to be very slow, but then, so is my internet connection. SEO will be a strange beast this year I think. What I think will be important is to ensure we stick to the basics.
Content, links and keywords with some social media marketing thrown in. When it comes to keywords, don’t forget Googles free options – they can be really useful.
In the mean time, can someone tall me how fast a home broadband connection should be. Is 200kps slow? And while your at it, how fast is this page loading?
